Transportation

We chartered a bus to get to and from the wedding. The roads up to Joseph D. Grant Park are windy and narrow.

There are two pick-up/drop-off locations:

1. Pruneyard Plaza Hotel, where many guests are staying, at the turn-around by the lobby. If you are not a hotel guest, you can park anywhere in the Pruneyard area except the hotel's parking area. We have highlighted one such area on the map.
2. James Lick High School on Alum Rock in San Jose. Enter from N. White Road. We have made arrangements with the principal, with the understanding that we are parking at our own risk.

The shuttle schedule to the wedding:

• 1:40pm Bus arrives at Pruneyard Plaza Hotel.
• 1:50pm (sharp) Bus departs Pruneyard for the high school
• 2:10pm Bus arrives at James Lick High School
• 2:15pm (sharp) Bus departs high school for the wedding
• 2:45pm Bus arrives at the wedding.

There will be one bus leaving the wedding, after everything is finished. It will leave at 9:15pm, dropping off at the high school around 9:45pm and the Pruneyard around 10:10pm.

The bus driver's name is Mike, and he will be driving one of the smaller shuttle buses (28 passenger) that usually haul Googlers around the bay area. Mike is one of our regular drivers, covering commute routes to and from Santa Cruz.
